A twenty year veteran of the food service industry, Chef Andrew enjoys the challenges and demands of a service orientated career. As a Stratford Chef's School graduate, Chef Andrew's experience in notable restaurant kitchens range from training with distinguished professionals including Jamie Kennedy, Rob Feenie and Norman Apris; along with successfully completing his wine training program with Jacques Marie of the Sommelier Guild of Canada.

Chef Andrew will always continue to use his essential skills to recognize quality and presentation, open communication, customer service, reliability and respect bringing a professional approach to every aspect to his work. Chef Andrew's style, energy and hospitable demeanor are a source of pride; these characteristics account for a record of excellence in catering to the guests needs and surpassing their dining expectations by setting superior standards.
